Swedish Hill Farm delivers superior care and training during their transition. After The Races NY places these quality, talented, and well-bred horses by assessing each horse with the right adoptee.

Meet Anna Hollander, a 30-year veteran at the race track and a accomplished show rider in the equestrian world. Anna grew up on a horse farm in Sweden, where she instantaneously learned the bond, commitment, and loyalty a horse can provide. Her life-long passion and love for thoroughbreds was the catalyst for her purchase of her 15-acre farm right outside Saratoga Springs, NY. Staying true to her roots Swedish Hill Farm became the home to our foundation, After The Races NY. Anna has been transitioning race horses to talented show horses for the past 25 years. Her loyalty is unsurpassed, resulting in a rewarding life and second career for the horses. It is a dream come true.
